tugger helps you when your vehicle has been towed by the city. The application will use your GPS location to find the current city you are located in, and display relevant information on how to retrieve your vehicle. In some cities, tugger will also be able to directly query the city towing information and provide a real time result with intstructions, phone number and additional information.
